All shapes, cuts and colors can be ordered in, and we will lay loose stones side by side under daylight-balanced light so you can see the difference before you commit to anything.

No. Browsing, quotes, batteries and cleaning are walk-in during store hours. Engagement ring consultations are better booked, so the loupe and the bench are free when you arrive.
Yes. We bring in certified diamonds and colored stones to compare side by side under daylight-balanced light, with no obligation to buy any of them.
Special orders from the collections we carry usually arrive in seven to ten days. If it is a custom piece, we draw and quote it first — nothing is cast until you approve the drawing.
Sizing is free on anything purchased here, done at our own bench, usually while the rest of your visit is still going.
We evaluate gold, estate jewelry and diamonds at the counter with no obligation, and we take selected pieces on consignment.
