Most of what we sell can be sized, set and serviced without leaving the building. That means the ring you buy here gets fitted here, and the person who adjusts it is the same person who sold it to you.
Engagement rings
Diamond solitaires, halos and three-stone settings from the designers we carry — or your own design, drawn and built at our bench. All shapes, cuts and colors available to order, and we walk you through the differences before you commit to anything.
Anniversary and gifts
Anniversary bands, gemstone and birthstone pieces, pendants and earrings for the occasions that come around every year. Bring the date and a budget and we will show you what fits both. Gift wrapped at the counter.
Gold and platinum
14k and 18k gold in white, yellow and rose, plus platinum for pieces meant to be worn every day for decades. Rings, chains, bracelets and earrings, sized and finished in-house.
Watches
A curated assortment of designer watches for men and women, plus the bench to keep them running — batteries, crystals, gaskets, pressure testing and band sizing, most of it same day.

Most stores in eastern Oregon mail your repair to a wholesaler three states away. We keep a full bench, a casting setup and a gemologist’s loupe on site, which is why quotes are firmer and timelines are shorter.
Custom design
From a sketch or a photo to a finished piece: we set the stone, cast the metal and hand-finish it here in Ontario.
Jewelry repair
Sizing, retipping, chain solder, clasp replacement and stone tightening — most repairs finished on our own bench in three to five days.
Appraisals
Written valuations for insurance, estates and divorce settlements, prepared with current market documentation.
Watch service
Batteries, crystals, pressure testing, band sizing and referrals for full mechanical overhaul.
Engraving
Hand and machine engraving on rings, lockets, plaques and men’s accessories — often same day.
Cleaning & inspection
Free ultrasonic cleaning and a stone-and-prong check while you wait — on anything you own, whether you bought it here or not.

Bring it in
Walk in during store hours or call ahead. We look at the piece with you at the counter — no drop box, no shipping label.
Written quote
You get the price, the method and the timeline in writing before we start. If it is not worth repairing, we will tell you that too.
Work at our bench
Your piece stays in the store. Stones are checked and tightened as part of every job, not billed as an extra.
Inspect & collect
We go over the finished work with you under the loupe, then clean and polish it. Follow-up adjustments are free for 30 days.
Designed with you, made where you can watch it happen
Bring a photo, a family stone, or a rough idea on a napkin. We draw it, price it honestly, and hand-finish the piece here — so the ring you propose with was made forty minutes from where you live, not overseas.
